I looked at them 2 years ago and prices were exactly the same as now. I ll be interested in a facelift Trophy to replace my Mini in a year or two I reckon. I viewed a yellow one in 2017 for £10.5k. I think we can reconcile £500 as largely immaterial.

Finding an unabused and non-horrifically modified MK7 Fiesta ST is a nigthmare. MK8's seem less so but still see some shocking examples, whereas the Clio's mostly seem untouched. That's because sales obviously skewed heavily one way but still.the mk7 was very moreish for mods imo, I started out with just the mountune pack and slowly made the car actually horrible to drive daily and incredibly harsh & loud. was lovely on the right road but didn't miss it at all

I guess it’s a sign of the times but nearly £10k for a 11 year old Clio feels punchy. I was interested in one back 9/10 years ago and they were the same price then. I’d have the Fiesta now though, nice aftermarket options too on that.
