증상
2012 소나타 하이브리드 오버히트. 실린더 헤드를 분해하여 재정렬 작업 후 새 헤드 가스켓과 볼트로 조립. 엔진은 잘 작동하며 수온 게이지가 중간값 바로 아래에서 안정적. 그러나 엔진 시동을 끄면 1~2분 동안 냉각수가 오버플로우 탱크로 흘러나감. 연소 누수 테스트(Combustion Leak Test)는 통과.
처리 내용
엔진을 시동 끈 후 냉각수가 오버플로우 탱크로 흘러나오는 현상은 정상 범위입니다. 이는 엔진이 냉각되면서 냉각수 온도가 내려가고 냉각 시스템 내 남아있는 공기가 배출되는 과정입니다. 다음 사항을 확인하세요: (1) 냉각 시스템 완전 에어 블리딩 여부 - 헤드를 분해했으므로 시스템에 공기가 남아있을 수 있음. I bought one of these 3 years ago for £21k it had 19k miles on it and all factory options ticked aside from heated steering wheel and colour changing interior lights.For the money I could have bought a semi ropey 90k+ miles German saloon of similar spec and power and would have spend money fixing the higher mileage problems that they would have come with.As it stands, coming up to 37k miles I've paid for new tyres, brakes and a coolant bottle because it had a hairline crack the MOT history is and always has been a clear pass, not a single advisory and I get to hear a supercharged V6 every time
