This was a completely unexpected purchase - but came across it when just having a browse at 0214 this morning because my sleep is crap currently due to the meds I’m on, and saw how close it was, and had to go and see it…Made contact; went down this afternoon, had a good look over it, took it for a spin with some fast driving and hard on the brakes etc, doing the usual due diligence and couldn’t fault it at all.. TBH as soon as I saw the first picture as below, I was sold It’s now home and on the drive; full oil & filter change tomorrow with a flush to begin with and I’ll probably give it a lic
Sofa said: Knew it wouldn't be too long until you'd have another BMW to tinker with Dan! Looks absolutely lovely, BMW do make some great blues. Are they the original wheels for the car? Don't think I've ever seen another E63 with them, they suit it really well though.CIC iDrive is a nice bonus too, IMO it's still really good to use and the only thing that really lets it down is the sat nav sometimes taking some pretty questionable routes. Worth updating the maps if they're out of date, all you need is a 32gb USB formatted to FAT32 and there's guides on the US forums to generate an FSC code and get the updated files downloaded- both times I've done the update it took about 40 minutes, which I just did on a longer journey where I knew where I was going- you can still use the rest of the system while it's updating. Sadly 2025-2 is apparently the last mapping update CIC will get so that'll probably nudge me to a CarPlay solution at some point.Cheers - it came about as said above, crap nights sleep, had a quick nosey and there we go Yup; very happy with the latest CiC in it; I’ll probably get sorted re the sat-nav via Rusty at satnavupgrades.co.uk as I’ll ask if our F31 can have a later update too - he’ll send them both on a USB with the FSC code etcHave looked into Droid UK too; but for the amount I use the car; but also have Google Maps on my Pixel 10 Pro Fold - that’s a superb phone for sat-nav with its huge inner screen; and I can spend c£300 on better things for the car, like front brakes etc

Some other manufacturers like Volvo and Mercedes were well known for them tooHowever, this evening I randomly found the following image of a Talbot Solaro, and it got me thinking about what other cars are there where headlight wipers were availableA few others that spring to mind:Any other obscure ones?

Priced at £5000 less with some stonking finance deals, it should have done better.....but was it just too expensive to build? The big gap between the outgoing cars and the new one is a good idea and possibly intentional to create the biggest possible impact. I think this is going to do very well indeed. I'm looking forward to it, and seeing my first one on the road. If they couldn't build cars well enough to compete with Audi, BMW, and Mercedes or lo

I've got my Phaeton with the 6HP to do soon, a bit more involved as a job, but it's already had a box and a torque converter in the last 50k, so it hasn't been left forever without maintenance - I've heard the 6HP19s seem to like to give trouble! It's my first torque converter auto (in 70 cars of manuals, and 1 DSG!)If I'd kept my old E320cdi I'd have certainly ended up getting the gearbox serviced. I bought it with 104k on

Lovely ready and I love your choice!! The E60 was one of the best M5s I ever had - On road and track Use it, and enjoy every moment of the magnificent engine!! I did more track days in my E60 than all my other cars in the past combined I would hazard a guess at. So many fond memories. My advice, put a decent set of brakes on it, I ended up with 12 Piston Calipers and 400mm rotas with all the track days I did and it really transformed it and the confidence it gave to the car.

I'm very observant when driving or walking, the other day I walked my son to school alongside a busy road, I reckon 80% of the cars that passed me were looking down at phones. I had a van pull out on me on a roundabout a few months ago and then slam his brakes on, phone clearly visible so I submitted the footage to TVP and to my surprise they sent me a letter confirming a prosecution. The amount of times I've had to swerve recently because of cars swerving onto my side of the road is diabolical.

I think it is a shame to lose one of the distinctive features of the 944 (the wrap around rear screen).Proportions from rear three-quarters are also a bit too Scimitar for my taste but each to their own.

Love shooting brakes where the change doesn't detract from the original or adds something like the Z3 "clowns shoe"or this:but a thought, they've modified the " chassis"or monocoque, so i this ry would it have to go through IVA
