That looks like a really well executed conversion. Many of this type of effort have very awkward lines where the roofline starts to fall away on the original design, but this looks fine.I like the concept of a 2+2 (or even just a 2) with a decent luggage hatch, but it seems a niche that is not (or ever was) profitable to fill. Was there ever a more recent attempt after the Scimitar and Volvo P1800ES? (I suppose the 480 was vaguely similar to the P1800 in concept)The lad I saw last night trying to wrestle a bike into the back of a Porsche 924 might like one.

Lovely ready and I love your choice!! The E60 was one of the best M5s I ever had - On road and track Use it, and enjoy every moment of the magnificent engine!! I did more track days in my E60 than all my other cars in the past combined I would hazard a guess at. So many fond memories. My advice, put a decent set of brakes on it, I ended up with 12 Piston Calipers and 400mm rotas with all the track days I did and it really transformed it and the confidence it gave to the car.

I'm very observant when driving or walking, the other day I walked my son to school alongside a busy road, I reckon 80% of the cars that passed me were looking down at phones. I had a van pull out on me on a roundabout a few months ago and then slam his brakes on, phone clearly visible so I submitted the footage to TVP and to my surprise they sent me a letter confirming a prosecution. The amount of times I've had to swerve recently because of cars swerving onto my side of the road is diabolical.
