The road markings match : 1 L, 2 L/A, 3 A, 4 A. After you've entered the roundabout and are adjacent to the first exit, the signage changes to 1 A, 2 A, 3 R, 4 R. They are once again completely correct. The 3rd set of markings you are looking at obviously relate to the traffic entering the roundabout from the east, as you are not going to care about road markings for the road you've just come from..
