So the differentiation between an old school AMG and the rest of the range (both had petrol powered spark ignition engines with pistons) and new-world AMG and rest of range (both have motors powered by electricity) are actually pretty similar!Yes, they're from Yasa - a British based company, bought by Mercedes in 2021. Pretty cool technology: https://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/electric-cars/m...I like this. The dashboard screens are too much, but I love the technology, the (good) aerodynamics, and finally something EV shaped that's high performance, and an estate. There's not much on the options list that I'd want, so I can definitely see us picking up one of these in a few years once some heavy depreciation has taken its toll...

157mph on the autobahn? Outstanding for an old bird. Realistically, how much performance do you need? It makes you wonder why people chase newer faster cars.

A few years ago I saw Porsche 992 racers on 18", which looked ridiculous. So I asked why?Because they drive so much better on 18" sir.OK, I'll have a JAS Tensei NSX on 18" please...
