I was at a track day where a guy was testing a 1960s Cooper (I don't remember if it was an S, but it was a track only racing car with cage etc), and he was actually VMaxing early enough on Hangar Straight that he was backing off to about 80 so he didn't need to sit at VMax for the rest of it.Which makes me think "perhaps a modern BMW era Mini Cooper S?". But then that would put these events comfortably in the 21st century, hence wouldn't really be "different times" where that sort of thing happened.What I'm saying is, if it was a classic era Mini, can we see it?
