It was the engine noise that did it for me. Its only done 46k, and is lucky if its doing 1k a year at the moment. I just cant bring myself to sell it, and I dont know what id replace it with.

I needed rear doors as I wanted a more practical family car than a 911... I should get a M car at some point but I went for a 130i with HPAS and fitted the full Birds package and it's is now getting some induction tweaks. It's a great on road package and one you can drive pretty hard on road which is key for me as I don't like to pootle around. But want to keep my licence...Keeping my licence never bothered me at all years back to be honest, but getting older and more boring obviously comes with time, so you do tend to think about that as you get older though annoyingly I think sadly as you say. What I'd do to be younger again though for sure.
