혼다 시빅 타입R(FL) - SEEKER 슈퍼시프트 & 슈퍼시프트 컬러 장착 공정1: 리어 에어컨 장착 작업과 함께 SEEKER 시프트 주변 부품도 장착합니다. 센터 콘솔을 완전히 분리하면 이 상태가 됩니다. 공정2: 시프트 프레임을 고정하는 볼트 4개를 분리합니다. 녹색 동그라미 3개는 박스 렌치로 빼낼 수 있지만, 파란색 동그라미 부분은 간섭이 생겨서 스패너로만 빼낼 수 있었습니다. 이 볼트는 생각보다 길어서 회전시키기가 번거로우므로 판 래칫을 준비해두기를 권장합니다.

스즈키 지미니(JB23W) 백미러가 떨어짐. 조사 결과 고정 부품이 플라스틱 재질이라 경년 열화로 균열 발생. 공정1: 백미러가 갑자기 떨어짐. 고정 부품 파손 확인. 20mm 워셔로 대체 시도. 공정2: 초기에는 고무 워셔로 시도했으나 진동으로 인해 흔들림 발생. 금속 워셔로 변경하여 현재 단단히 고정됨.

스바루 BRZ(ZD) | ASC 캔슬 | 공정1: ASC 때문인지 오디오를 완전히 소거해도 실내가 꽤 시끄럽습니다. KR20 로드노이즈는 허용 범위지만, 스피커에서 엔진음이 나오는 것은 좀... 그래서 ASC 커플러를 뽑았습니다. 커플러를 빼기만 하면 글로브박스를 빼는 것만으로 충분합니다. 뺀 커플러가 흔들려서 이음이 나거나 할 것 같으면 뭔가 대책을 세우려고 했는데, 현재로선 문제가 없어서 그냥 뺀 상태로 두고 있습니다. | 공정2: 시운전해 봤습니다. 음...

닛산 프론티어 2018년형 4.0L. 부품점에서 M14 규격 와셔 세트를 사용해도 된다고 했는데, 확인 결과 정확한 규격은 M12입니다. 이미 M14를 설치했고 현재 누유가 없는 상태입니다. 다음 오일 교환 시까지 유지해도 괜찮을지, 아니면 지금 교환해야 할지 궁금합니다.

After more than ten years of E36 tinkering, many engine iterations and lots of seat time from track days to racing, it was time so start something new. An accident in the E36 at Cadwell Park in April 2023 was the ultimate deciding factor for this. The car was repairable, but it's fate was already decided - break it for parts and retain what I needed, then sell the rest to fund the next project. It's final spec is listed in the video description if you are interested. The platform and interchangeability of the M5x engine parts will never go away, but fun was had and it was time to move on. |

2004 인피니티 G35, 155,000km, 냉간 시동 후 추운 아침에만 간헐적으로 초당 약 2회 진동하는 "부드러운 금속 삐걱거림" 소리가 들림. 약 1분 후 사라짐. 엔진이 따뜻하거나 외부 온도가 섭씨 0도 이상일 때는 발생하지 않음.

1997 BMW E39 5시리즈 투어링의 리어 쇼크 업소버를 Bilstein B4 OEM 제품으로 교체한 후 승차감이 현저히 악화됨. 쇼크 마운트(N.7), 보조 쇼크 업소버(N.5), 모든 마운팅 하드웨어(N.2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10)도 함께 교체했으며, 제조사 규격에 따라 토크 조정 완료. 서스펜션의 다른 부품은 교체하지 않음.

토요타 스프린터 트레노(AE85/86) | 엔진 꺼짐 증상 | 공정1: 정비소에서 출원 후 세동기가 회전하여 엔진이 걸렸음. 집까지 약 10km 귀로 주행 중 2회 엔진 꺼짐 발생. 정상 주행 중 갑자기 엔진 꺼짐. 도로변에 정차하고 세동기 회전하면 엔진 시동됨. 불안감으로 정비소 복귀하여 상담. | 공정2: 어딘가의 접촉 불량 가능성 높음. 공회전 상태에서 사장이 여러 하네스를 건드리고 조수석의 컴퓨터(ECU)도 흔들어 봤지만 증상 미발생. 특정 불가능하나 일단 EFI 메인 릴레이가 발열하여 손닿을 수 없을 정도임.
