증상
2004 인피니티 G35, 155,000km, 냉간 시동 후 추운 아침에만 간헐적으로 초당 약 2회 진동하는 "부드러운 금속 삐걱거림" 소리가 들림. 약 1분 후 사라짐. 엔진이 따뜻하거나 외부 온도가 섭씨 0도 이상일 때는 발생하지 않음.
처리 내용
프론트 엔드 액세서리 드라이브(FEAD) 시스템의 드래그로 보임. 삐걱거리는 소리는 일반적으로 FEAD 벨트가 슬립할 때 발생. 원인: 1) 더러워졌거나 마모된 벨트 - 97,000km 주행된 원본 벨트인지 확인 필요. 냉간 시동 시 벨트가 슬립하면 시간이 지나며 벨트가 따뜻해져 소프트해지면서 슬립이 멈춤. 벨트를 제거하여 안쪽을 뒤집어 청결 상태, 금속 칩, 미세 균열, 오일 침투 여부를 검사. 벨트 세척 후 재설치. 2) 시동 시 비정상적으로 큰 부하 - A/C 컴프레서 가능성. 컴프레서 작동 여부 확인: 손전등으로 컴프레서 프론트 플레이트를 비춰서 클러치 플레이트가 회전하는지 확인. 필요 시 브레이커 바로 텐셔너 스프링을 풀어서 벨트 제거.
