1997 BMW E39 5시리즈 투어링의 리어 쇼크 업소버를 Bilstein B4 OEM 제품으로 교체한 후 승차감이 현저히 악화됨. 쇼크 마운트(N.7), 보조 쇼크 업소버(N.5), 모든 마운팅 하드웨어(N.2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10)도 함께 교체했으며, 제조사 규격에 따라 토크 조정 완료. 서스펜션의 다른 부품은 교체하지 않음.
