정비 사례

아이들링 중 밤새 배터리 전압 12.2V, 시동 후 12.5V, 충전 전압 14-14.2V. 모노블록 앰프 연결 시 야간 방전 의심했으나 분리 후에도 12.3V로 감소. 신호 정지 시 혼 음량 약함, 시동 후에도 1-3초간 약함. 시동 직후 3-4초간 파워 스티어링 모터 미작동.

엔진을 끈 상태에서 라디오와 히터를 켜두었을 때 배터리 전압이 5분 만에 12.3V에서 11.2V로 떨어짐. 이것이 정상인지 배터리 교체 필요 여부 확인 요청.

2004 폰티악 몬타나에서 나이프형 아이솔레이터 스위치를 설치하려는데 음(-)배터리 케이블에 접근할 수 없음. 퓨즈 박스를 제거해야 하는지 확인 필요

배터리 교환

2003 BMW Z4 시동 불량. 점프 충전으로도 시동 안 됨. 2단 밀어서 시동 가능. 시동 후 정지했다 재시동할 때는 정상 작동. 다음날 아침 시동 불량. 배터리 교체 후 일시적으로 정상. 배터리 충전 상태 양호하지만 반복적으로 시동 거부. 조명 등은 정상 작동. 밀어서 시동 후 주행하면 정상 시동됨.

2006 Hummer H3의 전동 도어락이 이상 작동 - 처음에는 드라이버석 도어락 버튼을 누르면 락 음성 신호는 울리지만 실제 잠금이 안 됨. 반복해서 누르면 가끔 작동. 몇 일 후 음성 신호만 울리고 잠금 안 됨. 현재는 음성 신호도 없고 잠금도 안 됨. 배터리 음극 케이블을 30분간 분리하여 리셋 시도함.

2008 Jetta 2.5L SE에 원래 장착된 배터리는 ENERTEC EMC 1J0 915 105 AD 12V 61 Ah 330A DIN 540A EN/SAE인데, 뉴멕시코와 텍사스의 딜러들은 VW 부품 번호 000 915 105 DE 배터리만 있다고 주장함. 딜러들은 부품 번호가 AD에서 DE로 변경되었고 1J0 대신 000이 붙는 이유를 제대로 설명하지 못함.

BMW 1시리즈(E87) 2007 118D를 9개월 후 시동 시도. 자동차가 완전히 방전되어 무선 키 반응 없음. 범퍼 아래 점프 포인트에서 다른 차량으로 점프 스타트 시도. 대시보드 조명, 라디오, 라이트는 작동하지만 시작 버튼을 누르면 점화 시스템이 꺼짐. 30분 이상 점프 스타트 연결했으나 배터리 충전이 거의 진행되지 않음.

635CSi 수동 변속기(도그렉), LSD 장착 차량. 광범위한 녹 발생. 이전 소유자들이 포기한 프로젝트 차량. 내부 실(inner sill) 부분에 불법적으로 접착제로 붙인 강철 패널 발견 - 용접이 아닌 글루잉으로 수리된 상태. 바닥판(floor pan) 상태 불량. 내부 펜더(inner wing)는 양호하나 전반적으로 광범위한 부식 발생.

홍수 피해 후 1주일째, 엔진과 트랜스미션에 물이 들어감. 엔진 플러시, 스파크플러그 교체, 엔진오일/트랜스미션오일 교체, 연료필터 교체 후 연료펌프도 교체함. 시동은 걸리고 작동하지만 연료 압력이 가스라인으로 제대로 공급되지 않는 것처럼 보임. 6~7마일까지는 주행 가능하지만 가속 시, 특히 언덕길에서는 차가 움직이지 않음.

Wow amazing work. Will you leave any of the carbon showing a la e46 CSL? as there aren't any gutters I guess it's a bit tricky to create a clean edge...certainly a decent weight saving and a smart way of getting rid of a leaky old sunroof.

I have a similar car 2005 SL350 3.7 5 speed auto. Probably the "safest" R230 to put your money into. Bought mine in Feb 2025 Black with pano roof, upgraded hi-fi with carplay and lowish £445 road tax. less than 80k miles and full service history for double the shed price.They are a great car. I had at the time an R107 500SL and a R129 SL320, still have the R107 but the R230 drives much better than an R129 IMHO and so I sold the 129.I would pull up a bit more cash and buy a better car fully functioning rather than this one as stated above.
