증상

1988 어코드, 5단 수동변속기. 클러치를 빠르게 해제하면 차량이 덜컹거리는 느낌이 남. 클러치 조작이나 기어 변속에는 다른 문제 없음. 엔진 마운트는 정상으로 보임 - 후드를 열고 엔진을 회전시켜도 움직임이 보이지 않음. 마운트가 육안으로 정상으로 보임.

처리 내용

클러치 디스크 스프링, 기어박스, 디퍼렌셜, 조인트 등이 정상이라면 순정 엔진 및 기어박스 마운트를 폴리우레탄 마운트로 교체하는 것을 고려해보세요. 토크 댐퍼(Torque Damper) 설치도 도움이 됩니다. 1988 어코드는 구하기 어려울 수 있지만 마운트 부품은 구입 가능합니다. 기존 고무 마운트를 제거하고 폴리우레탄 인서트를 압입하여 마운트를 제작할 수도 있습니다.
