The main dealer I use seems positively sane and very efficient compared to most being described on here.Go in the door and there's the same lady sitting behind the service desk in the corner of the showroom who's been there every time over the last 5 years I've been. The job sheet was already on a clipboard and it just needed my signature at the bottom and the keys handing over. I didn't even need to sit down.They have started doing those annoying videos under the car in the last couple of years, but other than that it's exactly as I remember garages were when my dad took his car in to be serv

I didn't even need to sit down.They have started doing those annoying videos under the car in the last couple of years, but other than that it's exactly as I remember garages were when my dad took his car in to be serviced in the 80s and 90s.With service this efficient and a not very "glass palace" building, (though it's smart enough) I do wonder how long the place will be allowed to continue to exist as a main dealer......The smallish VW dealer who sold and serviced wife’s Tiguan for 7 yrs was pretty good, especially bearing in mind they were part of Inchcape. Group 1 shut them down as soon as they took over Inchcape.
