In my experience, customers of designer clothing manufacturers can be approximately split into two groups:- Less wealthy, aspirational folk who spend their savings on designer products to try and look rich (or buy fakes)- The very wealthy who buy designer brands because they like the products and seek out premium brandsFor the former, companies offer products covered in gaudy branding (think the stereotypical LV patterned leather, or that god awful black and gold Versace stuff). For the latter, the branding is much more subtle and often barely visible at all. Note how these cars don't have said gaudy branding which is, firstly, probably an indication of which group they're speaking to.
