증상

I only have eyes for the first RS and third. The engine in the second being the best, but draped in that god awful Mk2 body and then having loads of tat thrown at it to make it look interesting, didn't do that mill any favours. An engine swapped 3 with the five pot would be a peach, I feel.

Had mine for nine years soon. It's seen hardcore trackdays (retired from track duty several years ago though) and taken me and my partner on epic European roadtrips all the way from Finland to the hills of Tuscany five times already. The 1st owner i got it from had done the usual mods and tuned it to 426hp/many torques when the car was around 1,5 years old. I fitted Bilstein B16 coilovers and a stiffer rear anti-rollbar(made a HUGE difference in handling), EBC big brake kit (huge difference in steering feel as the calipers are so much lighter vs. OEM), upgraded fuel pump and a sports cat in place of the decat that was on the car when i got it.The only stuff on the car that has broken is two front bearings, one balljoint and the upper engine mount. Had to replace one tierod due to the adjusting nut being seized. Its hardly a Bentley in terms of comfort, but we once had to drive 12-hours straight (try that in an EV) from Warsaw to Tallinn to catch a ferry back to Helsinki and even that was not painful. Daily driving, kerb hopping on track, blasting up and down the Alps or the worst traffic jam ever in +43C heat on the Italian autostrada - my RS has seen and done it all and never let me down.
