증상
71 Nova, 350 스몰블록, 카뷰레터 및 HEI 점화 장치. 고속도로 주행 중 약 2500rpm 이상에서 엔진이 '컷아웃'되는 현상 발생. 드라이브웨이에서 4000rpm 이상으로 회전시키면 문제 없음. 컷아웃 시 '클릭' 소리가 들림.
처리 내용
부하 상태에서 누수되는 진공 액추에이터로 보임. 진공 호스를 점검하세요 - 건조하거나 얇아진 부분이 있는지 확인. 호스가 압착되거나 납작해질 수 있음. 자연흡기 엔진이 고속에서만 이 현상을 보이고 클릭음이 난다면, 진공 작동 밸브를 점검하세요. 배기가스를 흡기로 재순환시키는 배출가스 제어 밸브(EGR 등)가 있는지 확인. 진공 호스가 분리되거나 손상되어 에어플로우가 방해받으면 엔진 스터터링이 발생할 수 있습니다.
