A little torn on this one. It's on double yellow lines so it's bad parking but looking at it in context there's room to get past on the pavement and it's a narrow road so parking here is actually better (with the exception of legality!) than on the road further down where the photo was taken from.

Picture may be slightly misleading but there's not room between the drop kerb and the double yellow.
