What an odd thread! On topic, I popped into my local Volvo dealer yesterday to enquire about delivery of the new EX60, well into next year was the reply with an order book that is groaning. I thought we might get into one before Xmas but there’s no chance.

B&W stereo was standard on 50 but not 60 where iirc it is £4.5k. I would be surprised if X5 didn’t have laser lights and I think B&W also available as an optionI had an iX50 for just over three years and just replaced with an iX3 (more efficient than the iX by a country mile) which is currently filling up on solar generated electricity after a 500-mile weekend which needed all of 15 minutes public charging (adding 48kWh). No way would I consider an X5 and the last time I had a diesel was 2019. Last petrol was 2015 (ignoring the children’s cars). Ice into last century I don’t care if ice-heads refuse to consider an EV though some of the reasons given for that on here are very amusing. Oh and the comparison of the running costs of a small engined petrol or diesel car with those of a 500bhp EV are also very amusing. EVs. They’re the future - but here now!
