증상
아우디 A4 B7 2005 2.5TDI. 외부 온도가 0°C 이하에서 시동 문제 발생. 아침에 처음 시동할 때는 글로우플러그가 정상 작동하고 시동 잘됨. 1-2시간 냉각 후 재시동 시 글로우플러그가 켜지지 않고 시동 걸리는데 오래 걸림. 연료분사기 상태 불량 확인됨.
처리 내용
VW/아우디의 같은 세대 TDI 엔진에서는 엔진 블록이 냉각되었을 때 글로우플러그가 켜져야 함(프리글로우). 계기판의 글로우플러그 표시등이 잠시 켜져야 함. 시동 후에도 글로우플러그가 계속 켜져 있거나 다시 켜져 엔진이 난방될 때까지 원활한 운전을 보장함(포스트글로우, 표시 없음). 증상으로 보아 엔진 냉각수 온도센서(CTS) 불량이나 간헐적 접촉 불량 의심됨. 온도센서를 분리하면 냉각수 온도가 낮다고 인식되어 글로우플러그 작동이 강제됨. 아우디의 경우 센서는 일반적으로 엔진 후면(프론트에서 본 우측) 냉각수 플랜지에 위치하며, 변속기 위에 있고 여러 호스가 모여있는 부분의 방화벽 쪽에 설치됨. 센서를 찾아 분리하여 글로우플러그 작동 여부를 확인해 보기 바람.

아우디 A4 B7 Avant, 약 20만 km 주행. 앞쪽 휠 하우징 왼쪽 심한 녹(이미 처리함). 뒤쪽 브레이크 라이트 녹슨 상태 - 수리하려면 리어 패널 분해 필요.

This looks fantastic. I think it's got to a point you'd have to be daft to buy the G90 M5 over this or a top end Taycan. Either pure combustion or pure electric, the PHEVs are just a pointless, overcomplicated middle option
