Britain’s Spyker? Only with worse styling and a less special interior. IMO.

I never had the Bristol Fighter on my Wednesday bingo card, but fair play for giving it another go.Back in 2000, I visited the Kensington showroom, met their CEO and sat in a new Blenheim 3 (wasn't buying!). Peculiar looking cars and not really my cup of tea, but variety is the spice of life, as they say.ebay: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=dodge+viper+e...According to EVO website, when Bristol specialists SLJ Hackett bought the five unfinished Fighter chassis from the Kamkcorp Group there was also a large number of parts, including V10 engines.Apparently, the Bristol-spec 8.0 litre V10s were fitted with unique camshafts and a sealed induction system with two carbon fibre air boxes, so not a straight swap with a Viper. It makes sense to use up what's left, if they can make a business case for doing so, five seems about the right number to me. It will be interesting to see what happens after Bristol completes them, building cars is an expensive business, particularly hand-built ones like this, but I wish them well.Indeed - when one looks at the pricing of some of these dubious restomods, it vaguely equates to the work involved. Depending on how completed an half-completed chassis is...But what comes next is another story. Say they end up with £500K retained profit, one cannot do a lot with that!

A few years ago I saw Porsche 992 racers on 18", which looked ridiculous. So I asked why?Because they drive so much better on 18" sir.OK, I'll have a JAS Tensei NSX on 18" please...
