I sympathise with the OP when there's a red X above a motorway lane and people sail through it while you've moved to an open lane which is slow in order to obey the signs. But in the case of a two-lane road which reduces to one lane, you should absolutely use both lanes until the pinch point and then merge in turn.Edited by LunarOne on Sunday 23 August 00:13 Yes we if its very slow moving but my point was you shouldnt move to the closing lane. So you don't "Choose" a queue. Your queue is your queue.
