증상

세차 직후 핸들 회전 시 조향감이 감소했고, 핸들을 1회전 이상 돌리면 타이어가 펑크난 것처럼 느껴짐. 타이어는 육안 검사 결과 정상으로 보임. 자동 세차기 사용 후 발생.

처리 내용

세차 직원이 실수로 대시보드를 청소하던 중 4WD High 모드를 활성화시킴. 록킹 디프(locking differential)가 작동하여 조향 특성 변화 발생. 4WD High 모드를 해제하면 정상으로 복구됨.
