2007 포드 F150 4x4 - 브레이크 패드와 프론트 로터 교체 후 에어를 빼고 브레이크가 좋아졌으나, 엔진을 켜면 브레이크 페달이 부드러워지는 증상 발생. 엔진을 끄면 다시 좋아짐.
처리 내용
먼저 뒷브레이크를 확인하세요. 뒷브레이크 패드가 너무 닳아있으면 페달이 부드러워질 수 있습니다. 그 다음 브레이크 부스터를 점검하세요. 브레이크 작업 시 C클램프를 이용해 브레이크 마스터 실린더를 천천히 밀어 유압 실린더 안의 공기를 제거하는 방법도 있습니다 - 이렇게 하면 별도 에어 빼기가 불필요할 수 있습니다. 작업 완료 후 타이어를 장착하기 전에 엔진을 시동하지 말고, 브레이크 페달을 천천히 여러 번 밟아 페달이 단단해질 때까지 압력을 조정하세요. 프론트 브레이크 작업 시에는 항상 뒷브레이크도 함께 점검해야 합니다.

I did more track days in my E60 than all my other cars in the past combined I would hazard a guess at. So many fond memories. My advice, put a decent set of brakes on it, I ended up with 12 Piston Calipers and 400mm rotas with all the track days I did and it really transformed it and the confidence it gave to the car.

I'm very observant when driving or walking, the other day I walked my son to school alongside a busy road, I reckon 80% of the cars that passed me were looking down at phones. I had a van pull out on me on a roundabout a few months ago and then slam his brakes on, phone clearly visible so I submitted the footage to TVP and to my surprise they sent me a letter confirming a prosecution. The amount of times I've had to swerve recently because of cars swerving onto my side of the road is diabolical.
