It was listed as original then and the current seller hasn't tinkered so fingers crossed!I like the chrome, it's staying. Cosmetically I'm looking to add white bonnet stripes (deeply uncool with the Facebook groups) and possibly driving lamps (chrome, natch). I don't particularly like the style R91 'bullet' alloys but assuming they're true and the tyres hold air they'll be way down the list of jobs.I’m a chrome, stripes and driving light fan too. Think they look great so not really sure what’s driving this black fad. I suppose it’s it’s a trend just like any other. I think a lot of minis are being returned to OEM. With so many being scraped/broken for parts numbers are drastically starting to thin which has stabilised prices for good standard cars.Mine is a bit sheddy so will get fiddled with a bit. I’ve already changed the wheels to 16” (big improvement) and changed the stereo to double DIN. Also got a Miltek exhaust to go on and I may get round to a 15” pulley. The R53 can pull off the chrome thing well and I usually hate chrome on cars. The F56 does it less well and probably suits the black treatment better.

Red MINI. What’s not to like? Brilliant fun to drive, relatively easy to work on, lots of cheap parts or expensive (but proven) upgrades, and won’t ever lose you a penny. Perfect - hope you enjoy it!

1주일간 문제가 되던 볼보 차량, 시동 불가 상태로 견인 입고. 크랭킹은 정상. 고객이 디스트리뷰터를 교체했으며, 과거에도 점화 불량 문제로 여러 번 디스트리뷰터를 교체한 기록 있음. 배선도 임의로 손상되어 수리함.

I met my Dad for a drink and - as is often the case - the topic of discussion turned to cars. Whilst sat in the beer garden we had a brief look Autotrader, after which followed the subject of E Class coupes, and how much of a bargain they are. Back from holiday so the car was collected today and deposited safely at the bodyshop. It was greeted by a 1991 Sierra Cosworth fresh out of the booth following some light restoration so I’m very much hoping the MINI looks as good when I next see it!
