증상
2007 혼다 CR-V가 간헐적으로 시동이 어려움. 배터리가 방전된 것처럼 느껴지지만 결국 정상 시동됨. 2주 전 주차장에서 배터리 완전 방전 상태 발생 - 스타터는 회전하지만 충전 부족으로 빠르게 속도 저하. 점프스타트 후 RPM을 5분간 높게 유지해야만 충전 가능. 양극 터미널에 가벼운 부식 발견, 후드를 열고 케이블을 약간 비틀면 시동이 걸림.
처리 내용
배터리 터미널 연결 상태 점검이 주요 원인. 터미널이 상하 반대로 장착되었는지 확인 - 테이퍼 설계로 인해 반대 방향 장착 시 접촉 면적이 극히 제한되어 증상 유발 가능. 터미널 청소 시 외부와 내부를 모두 철저히 청소하고, 터미널이 정확한 방향으로 완전히 장착되었는지 확인. 부식 제거 후 터미널 연결부가 단단하고 흔들리지 않는지 재확인 필수.
