It happens ha, cheers Mr.Well, what a day..Not a bad day, a really enjoyable day overall. Some challenges and set backs but over all a rule (not ruin). Im not sure how to tackle this update, I'm pretty tired tbh and have to be on a railway line for 6am tomorrow morning so I may just whizz though this, spelling errorz and all. It's been a long day. My main chap and I started around 10:30 this monrning and I've just finished buttoning things up about half an hour ago. The highlights then, we completed:Front wheel bearings (more on that in a bit) PSB bushes for the front lower control armsFront anti-roll bar bushesNew resistor installed on the fanSome of these tasks were completed as a twosome, others separate. The wheel bearings - went well. In unison with the PSB's everything came apart really nicely, nothing overly rusty, nothing stripped on the way out, nothing fought me too much. Both bottom ball joints separated with just a few taps of the splitter fork, the old bearings came out easily, It was nice, really nice. I'll get the to the twist re the wheels bearings at the end. The near side bearings was quite evidently recently replaced, as I said in the last post of the castle nut seemed new and giving the bearing a spin when off showed it was quiet and smooth. The drivers side on the other hand, fk me it was barely able to be turned by hand and rough as guts when it did turn. So very glad to have both of them replaced. The PSB bushes - the subframe was dropped without any real incident, it's only 12 bolts that hold the whole thing on, they came out OK and the subframe was then supported by jack to allow it to be lowered enough to get to the control arm bush ARB bolts. The steering rack was de-coupled and the PS reservoir unhitched to allow it all to drop without stressing / breaking anything that was attached to the body.The bushes required a make shift puller to get the new ones in while fire was employed to get the old ones out, along with a hacksaw to break the
