혼다 라이브 디오 ZX 프론트 휠 베어링 교환 중 발견된 증상: 컬러와 메터기어 부분의 더스트실이 열화되어 틈이 벌어져 있음. 이로 인해 먼지와 물이 침입하여 베어링을 손으로 회전시키면 약간의 거침이 발생.
처리 내용
혼다 라이브 디오 ZX 프론트 휠 베어링 교환 작업: 공정1: 프론트 타이어 교환과 동시에 베어링도 교환. 파일럿 베어링 풀러를 사용하여 베어링을 인발. 간이형 공구였지만 충분히 작동. 공정2: 반대쪽도 동일하게 제거. 순정품 대신 동일 사이즈의 NTN 베어링을 준비하여 장착.
