증상
1994 Chevy Cavalier 2.2L 헤드개스킷 교체 후 조립 시 부품 2개 남음. 55mph 이상에서 진동 발생, 중립에서 엔진 회전 시에도 진동 있음(타이어 무관). 냉간 시동 또는 오래 방치 후 시동 시 진동 심함. 교체 전보다 가속력 저하.
처리 내용
엔진 마운트 관련 브래킷이 장착되지 않은 상태로 보임. 엔진 마운트와 흡기 인테이크 마운트 등의 브래킷을 확인하고 정확히 조립하면 진동이 해결됨. 엔진과 그 마운트 부품들은 정밀한 밸런스를 유지하고 있어서, 마운트 부품이 빠지거나 손상되면 엔진의 불균형으로 인해 전체 차량에 진동이 전달됨. 남은 부품 2개를 찾아 올바른 위치에 장착하는 것이 중요. 브래킷이 구부러진 경우 교체 필요.

체크 엔진 라이트가 간헐적으로 켜지고 자동차가 떨림. 처음에는 습기 문제로 생각했으나 아님. 정비사는 흡입 러너 제어(intake runner control) 및 산소 센서 관련 코드가 아니라고 판단. 최근 1주일간 매일 아침 시동 후 한 번 꺼지는 현상 발생. (2005 Mazda3, 엔진 마운트 문제 의심)

범프를 넘을 때 쿵쿵거리는 소음 발생. 마치 자동차가 높은 곳에서 떨어진 것처럼 들림. 천천히 넘으면 소음이 없고 서스펜션도 정상이지만 속도를 높일 때 발생. 미세한 헤어라인 균열도 감지됨. 스웨이 바 부시, 엔진 마운트(좌우), 스트럿 마운트, 쇼크 업소버, 엔드링크, 볼 조인트 등을 확인 및 교체했음에도 여전히 '그럭그럭' 소음이 발생.
