증상
BMW 5시리즈 세단(F10) 점화 코일 재작업. 절연 고무에 부풀림이 없는 것들은 초록색 테이프로 표시. 플러그 홀에 형광 초록색 윤활유가 도포되어 있었고 일부는 고화됨. 6번 플러그 홀 내부의 금속 튜브가 빠지면 튀어나오는 현상 발생 - 다른 홀에는 없음.
처리 내용
부풀림이 없는 점화 코일(초록색 테이프 표시)을 4~6번 실린더에 장착하고, 부풀림이 있는 것을 1~3번에 장착하여 상태 모니터링. 플러그 홀 내부를 형광 초록색 윤활유로부터 깨끗이 청소(고화된 부분 포함). 6번 플러그 홀의 금속 튜브(스프링 핀 또는 접점 튜브로 추정)가 이탈하는 것이 불량의 원인으로 판단되므로, 해당 튜브의 고정 상태 확인 및 교체 필요.
