증상
엔진 오일의 정상 작동 온도 범위가 무엇인지 확인하고 싶음. 냉각수 온도는 40-120°C가 정상 범위라는 것을 알고 있으나, 오일 온도의 표준 범위를 찾기 어려움. 엔진과 오일 종류별로 다양한 정보가 있어서 혼란스러움.
처리 내용
대부분의 현대 자동차 엔진의 정상 작동 온도는 약 90°C (써모스탯 개방 온도와 유사) 정도이며, 오일팬의 오일 온도는 이보다 약 10°C 낮은 수준입니다. 최신 자동차들은 엔진 효율 증대와 배출가스 감소를 위해 엔진 작동 온도를 높이는 추세이므로, 오일팬의 오일 온도도 함께 상승합니다. 일반적으로 오일팬의 오일 온도는 냉각수 온도보다 낮거나 비슷한 수준입니다. 다만 엔진 내부의 가장 뜨거운 부분(피스톤 링 주변)에서는 오일이 매우 짧은 시간 동안 매우 높은 온도에 도달할 수 있습니다.

I bought one of these 3 years ago for £21k it had 19k miles on it and all factory options ticked aside from heated steering wheel and colour changing interior lights.For the money I could have bought a semi ropey 90k+ miles German saloon of similar spec and power and would have spend money fixing the higher mileage problems that they would have come with.As it stands, coming up to 37k miles I've paid for new tyres, brakes and a coolant bottle because it had a hairline crack the MOT history is and always has been a clear pass, not a single advisory and I get to hear a supercharged V6 every time
