증상
2004 현대 소나타 엔진이 주행 중 자주 꺼짐. 특히 고단(3,4단)과 고속 주행(시속 60-70km)에서 발생하지만 저단(1,2단)에서도 발생함. 발생 시 비상등을 켜고 도로 옆에 정차. 재시동 시 브레이크 페달과 가속 페달을 끝까지 밟아야 시동이 걸림. 배터리는 정상.
처리 내용
브레이크를 밟지 않고 시동을 걸 때 엔진은 회전하지만 시작하지 않는다면 진공 회로에 계량되지 않은 공기를 흡입하게 하는 브레이크 부스터(Brake Booster) 결함을 의심해야 함. 이는 시동 중 스로틀이 닫혀있을 때 매우 희박한 혼합기를 발생시켜 문제를 야기함. 브레이크를 밟고 스로틀을 열면 이 공기 누수가 멈추거나 정상적인 계량 공기 흡입 경로의 공기 흐름에 비해 무시할 수 있는 수준이 되어 엔진이 시동될 수 있음.

When Tesla gives you much the same with the added benefit of a luxury charging network? Would it just be beauty?That's about the only thing they could possibly conjure as a point of difference but I doubt they can comply with a myriad of technical parameters for a global car AND make something gorgeous looking.
