OP Working/reporting for PH, Are you still in Wendover? Are you able to tell us if JCB plan to run again? I know they have booked the salt until 8/15 and they just ran a 406.320 but their last one way run was 412.135mph. I really hope the team know how close they are to braking the outright Wheel driven PISTON engine record? Below is a list of the cars that hold records faster than JCB Hydromax. Note all these are FIA world records. To take a record you need to be 1% faster then the current record, so the last column shows the two way Ave speed that is needed. Speed Demon and Challenger 2 are both piston engine cars and currently 60-70mph faster BUT they don't hold FIA records. Their runs where under SCTA events.Please tell me JCB plan to run again and not just stick it in a museum (Yes someone needs to take the risk to climb back in but outside of that...seems like an achievable goal from behind my keyboard)?
