If anything it would discriminate against those who are unable to use a pen.edit 2: Oh the terms on the competition are different from their Terms and Conditions. The T&Cs just say "please" send with a first or second class stamp, the competition terms state that it MUST have a stamp and that entries will be given up to the value of the postage.
