I imagine the days of anyone modding an F1 are long gone, they would have to be pretty eccentric or vastly wealthy to effectively de value an F1 given most examples are mainly going back to standard much like said car. Even the "tatty ones" as in storied examples, seem to now just have the hdf kit fitted and nothing else.Same with F40s, the only ones having LM bodies fitted these days are those that would have no point to go back to original given their past lives.As I mentioned before those parts would be ideal though to form the basis of a unique non F1 based project car, much like Lanzante did to re create the development mule. Current owner does not seem interested in doing such, maybe someone with an acceptable vision may get to do so though in the future.Edited by PAUL.S. on Wednesday 29th July 09:02
