It's people fed up of angry knob heads who refuse to let you in so they try and zip earlier for an stress free merge.A good solution would be to camera the merge point and fine the angry knob heads who refuse to zip. A good revenue stream and probably one most motorists can support as opposed to hidden camera vans.
