Bloke had wealth beyond your wildest dreams but spent his days off driving up and down one of the most congested streets in the UK revving the engine or parking it in loading bays. Utterly bizarre. It's a power trip for a lot of them.I know someone who used to park his car on double yellows in the centre of town because he could. The £50 fine was insignificant to him and he enjoyed winding people up about it/was on first name terms with the parking attendents. It's main character energy.
