워밍업 중 / 부품들이 제자리를 잡아가는 중 / 미국식 범퍼 임시 장착 / 범퍼 그라인딩 완료 및 모든 느슨한 부품 시험 장착 / 상부 구조 / 2016년 가을 / 일시적으로 깨끗함 / 누군가 미국식 후드 부품 있나요? 기본적으로 락 버튼 제외 모든 것 찾는 중. / 차체 세척 완료. 어쨌든 좀 벗겨냈어요. / 소형 배지 앞에 장착 완료. / 2012년식 모양 완성. / 그때 새로 칠해진 부품들이 제자리에. 등록 판만 남음. / 새 스위치 장착 및 배선 완료. 초록색으로 밝게 켜져요. =) / 2026년 여름 사진

Passar på att varmköra lite / Nu börjar grejerna komma på plats / Usa stötfångaren provisoriskt monterad / Stötfångaren slipgrundad och alla lösa delar provmonterade / Höghuset / Hösten 2016 / Ren för en stund / Någon som har delar till en USA lucka? Söker i princip allt utom låsknappen. / Tvättat liket. Blev av med lite skit iaf. / Lilla skylten monterad fram. / 2012 års utseende klart. / Då var de nylackade delarna på plats. Bara reg. skylten som ska på. / Nya knoppen monterad och inkopplad. Lyser grönt och fint nu. =) / Bild från sommaren 2026

As title, I've recently acquired a Mk2 Golf GTI 16v project. Car is a Jade Green late model small bumper 16v. I haven't got the original engine but the project came with a choice of two. I've got a 9A 2.0 16v engine from a Corrado and an ABF 2.0 16v engine from a Mk3 Golf. I'm pretty certain I'm going with the ABF engine but that decision is a long way off. Before then the car will need inner and outer sills, floor pans, inner and outer wings, front and rear valances plus all the usual bodywork repairs. In the olden days this project would have been uneconomical but the values of these are onl
