증상
폴로 TDI 2004 1.4, 190,000km 주행. 주행 중 간헐적으로 검은색/짙은 회색 연기가 나오며 동력이 완전히 소실됨 (터보가 꺼진 것처럼 느껴짐). 엔진을 끄고 바로 재시동하면 시동이 걸리지 않음 - 배터리가 방전된 것처럼 시동음이 들림. 몇 분 후 정상적으로 시동되고 주행 가능. 거리와 시간이 일정하지 않음.
처리 내용
가변 베인 터보의 부스트 오버(터보 과증압으로 인한 리뷰얼 모드 진입)는 흔한 고장이지만 일반적으로 연기가 동반되지 않음. 부스트 누유(인터쿨러 배관의 헐거워진 조인트/너클이 진동으로 마모되어 터보 압력 증가 시 분리되는 경우)도 지속적인 문제이므로 간헐적 증상과 맞지 않음. 가열과 압력의 복합 조건에서 열리는 갈라진 호스 또는 EGR 밸브 관련 문제일 가능성 높음. 인터쿨러 배관 검사(특히 너클 부분의 마모), 부스트 배관의 균열/누유 점검, EGR 밸브 상태 진단 권장.

Nice, still like these. I frequently consider getting a 2017 model if not wanting hybrid or 2018 if do want, as I think that’s when the hybrid came in. The tax yesterday on phev hybrids made me think it’s safer to stay with 100% petrol!I have a mini which I really like but annoyingly it uses oil which is why I keep looking at these. Good job on the mirror and defo not worth insurance agro. Pisser the bloody woman ran over the mirror back though.
Looks a bit bland inside and out, especially for £50k+ but a step in the right direction.Guessing these will be leased for £500 p/m?
