처리 내용
2행정 엔진의 가장 큰 제한 요인은 윤활과 냉각입니다. 엔진이 커질수록 이러한 문제들이 더 심해집니다. 대형 2행정 엔진은 정기적인 유지보수에도 불구하고 매우 짧은 수명을 가집니다. 2행정 엔진은 연료에 섞인 오일을 연소시키므로 오염을 유발합니다. 포트 배치에 의한 실린더 충전 방식으로 인해 연비가 좋지 않습니다. 비효율적인 많은 연료 소비로 인한 추가 오염이 발생합니다. 동독의 Trabant가 2행정 엔진을 장착한 마지막 양산 자동차였다는 점만으로도 충분합니다. 오늘날 2행정 엔진은 잔디깎이기와 수중펌프 같은 기계에 사용되는데, 이는 단순한 설계와 소형 크기, 최소한의 유지보수라는 장점이 실용적이기 때문입니다.
