증상
12V 에어 서스펜션 컴프레서(30-35A 소비)가 과열되어 압력 스위치와 커넥터가 소손되는 문제
처리 내용
압력 스위치가 직접 고전류를 제어하면서 과열되는 것이 원인입니다. 40A 이상 정격의 12V 릴레이를 사용하여 회로를 개선하세요. 저기압 시 압력 스위치가 릴레이를 활성화하고, 릴레이가 컴프레서 모터에 전원을 공급합니다. 고기압 시 압력 스위치가 열려 릴레이가 꺼집니다. 이렇게 하면 압력 스위치는 릴레이 코일 전류만 통과하므로 과열되지 않습니다. 모터 접점에는 굵은 게이지 와이어를, 릴레이 코일에는 얇은 게이지 와이어를 사용하세요.
