정비 사례

2년 전에 냉각수 보조탱크에 심한 균열이 있어서 냉각수가 새었고 교체했는데, 2년 만에 다시 균열이 생겼다. 이전처럼 심하지는 않고 아직 새지는 않지만, 균열이 냉각수 수위보다 위에 있어서 에어압이 빠질 수 있을 것 같다. 냉각 시스템의 압력이 정말 중요한지, 무시하면 엔진이 과열될 수 있는지 궁금하다.

2001 Acura TL에서 핸들이 중립 위치에 있을 때 좌우로 약간만 꺾을 때만 삐걱거리는 소음 발생. 주차 상태에서 차의 앞쪽 좌측에 체중을 실으면 소음 재현 가능. 핸들을 360도 회전시키고 체중을 실으면 소음이 나지 않음. 추운 기후에서 주로 발생하는 것으로 보임.

I had a white MK2 8v 5 soor big bumper on a H back in the day and then I bought a G 8v big bumper 3 door later on but it had the 8v ripped out and a 1.9TDI fitted circa 170bhp, that was fun. This was my 1.9TDI, it was royal blueStupidly one day let a mate try and solder a new glow plug harness into it, which fried the ECU. I ended up selling it to a MK2 Golf spares place basically as he wanted the Porsche door handles and glovebox lock, the engine was taken out

변속기 오일 교환

포드 피에스타 수동변속기에서 부드럽게 운전할 때 클러치 페달을 밟은 후 1초 이상 기어 변속이 지연됨. 클러치를 밟고 천천히 기어를 빼면서 다음 기어로 넣을 때 기어봉이 자동으로 당겨지는 느낌이 남. 기어봉을 살짝만 밀면 저항 없이 부드럽게 들어감. 빠르게 변속할 때만 저항이 발생.

타이어에 큰 나사가 박혀있음. 깨끗한 천공이지만 패치 수리에는 너무 큼. 나사를 제거했을 때 나사 외경이 약 0.31인치로 측정됨 (샤프트 소경은 더 작음). 2인치 이상 길이의 둥근 팁 나사가 완벽한 천공을 만든 점이 놀라움.

2000 Mazda Milenia S Millennium edition에서 약 20분 주행 후 엔진이 2500 RPM 이상으로 회전하지 않음. 가속 페달을 끝까지 밟아도 2500 RPM을 넘지 않으며, 전자적으로 제한되는 것처럼 느껴짐. 시동 후 처음 20분 정도는 정상 주행되고 기계적 결함은 없는 것으로 보임.

두카티 ST3 세척, 체인 유지보수, 유체 교환 필요. 공정 1: 차량이 더러워서 세척 예정, 체인 청소 및 유체 교환도 함께 진행. 공정 2: 빗내린 산길을 주행하여 차량이 오염됨. 모래와 진흙은 빠르게 제거되지만 피치와 타르는 제거가 어려움. 프론트 타이어 뒤쪽이 특히 더러움. 공정 3: Bull Frog 체인 디그리저 사용(방청 효과 있음). 알루미나이트에 사용 가능하고 만족스러웠으나 현재 국내 취급 불가. 재판매 시 재고 보유 희망.

미츠비시 델리카 D:5 (CV계 다이나믹실드 2018/11~) JS-002와 S-9681 부품 장착 중. 작업 진행 중이며 아직 미완료. 하네스 길이가 짧은 것으로 보여 장착에 어려움 예상.

2012 Dodge Avenger SXT 전면 우측 타이어와 림이 충돌로 손상됨. 사고 직후 임시 스페어 타이어(정사이즈 아님)를 장착하고 약 50마일 고속도로 주행. 3개월 후 손상된 타이어를 중고 타이어로 교체함. 경미한 차체 및 도장 손상 있음.

I know this is a pointless rant but I am beginning to feel as though I am the only sane person to drive on the roads in Oxfordshire and wanted to see if I was alone in this observation.In the good old days (I'm 39) most people would drive at a sensible speed. Every now and again you would meet a little old lady driving at 40mph but in general that was the exception rather than the norm. Fast forward to today and the norm is for me to be stuck behind people (of all ages, sex, race, and weight... before anybody tries to go there) doing 30mph in a well sighted 50 or 60. 12개월 전에 합성 하이브리드 오일(아연 함유)로 오일 교환 후, 원본 1965 Pontiac 389 엔진에서 약간의 누유 발생. 500마일 정도만 주행했는데도 오일이 이미 조금 더러워짐. 오일 소모가 발생하는 것으로 추정. 오일 게이지(딥스틱)에서 확인할 때마다 다른 높이의 오일 레벨이 표시되어 어느 것이 정확한 수치인지 불명확함.
