The colored back up camera goes to black and white in warmer weather. Have taken it in twice and they state it is an engineering problem that is being looked into. Said to wait for a recall. Anyone else having this problem.

I was driving 75 mph on I-10 East going into Houston when I received a low braking power warning. My brakes were useless and I had to use the slow down gradually and slowly used the emergency brake. There is a safety recall on the vaccum pump for this year and model but my car did not qualify for this.

Toyota told me my car isn’t part of NHTSA# 18V200000.. car has all the symptom.. losing power at driving speed. ICS malfunction take to dealer check engine light on .. dealer states it’s water pump .. $1400.. how do you lose power from water pump ..?

2003 Honda Accord, everything lights up fine but it has a really strange “groaning” noise, kinda quietly. Then after a few tries it starts up perfectly fine. Sometimes it starts up first time, occasionally it starts half way through a groan (though usually when it groans I stop). Here's a video of it, groans twice, starts the third time. Shouldn't the starter relay be closed while a car is starting? Why does it open/close frequently when key is turned, making a repeated clicking sound? Does the relay behave this way only in the low battery case or it clicks always while a car is starting, but clicks are not audible due to the working starter noise?

Hi all, These are the issues of a Maserati 1990 (Quattroporte) 422, 2000 SL.6 cylinders, fule injection.The car lives in Greece, and is in pristine condition. 1) The rpms go up when the engine is idle (no gear?) e.g when you stop at a light. Apparently this is an unexpected behavior. Could you give me a list of possible reasons? 2)When we start the car and/or go from 1st to 2nd gear, the engine doesn’t “fire” right away. The 8-speed automatic transmission (Aisin UB80, the 4-cylinder variant of the UA80 family) failed at approximately 53,000 miles. Symptoms prior to failure: harsh shifting, RPM flare to 4,000 between gears before hard engagement ("thud"), loss of power in Reverse, and a metal-on-metal noise from inside the transmission when power was applied. 2018 XSE Camry 4Cyl, 114k Miles, 2026. Transmission is failing, and I bought the car used in Oct of 2025, 86k Miles. As of 2026 the car has started to make a noise that sounds like a jet engine when accelerating, and the transmission fluid is black. Went to a local transmission shop, and they told me the transmission is on its way out. I'm disappointed in Toyota's engineering this time around. I have a 2008 Tacoma with 320k miles, and I know a family member with an 2006 Matrix 310k miles with 0 Reported drive train issues. The Transmission has developed a leak around the torque converter. The front pump seal has failed, a worn pump bushing and or the torque converter hub is damaged. The car’s dashboard will light up and all systems started failing with no warning while driving. The car will not accelerate, brake, or steer properly. 15년식 lf 소나타 타고 있습니다. 얼마전부터 주차하거나 신호대기를 위해 브레이크를 밟으면 간헐적으로 딱딱해지는 느낌이어서 꽉 밟아야만 브레이크가 들길래 블루핸즈로 갔습니다. 상담하다보니 진공 쪽 트러블인것 같은데 간헐적으로 발생하는거라 정확한 수리가 어렵고 브레이크 라인 전부를 교체한다고하면 최대 60여만원 견적이 나온다고 했습니다. 내년까지 차를 탈 계획이어서 이왕타는거 안전하게 타자 싶어서 알았다고하고 수리를 요청했습니다. 그런데 몇일 뒤에 연락이 왔는데 수리를 하다보니 실린더헤드 캠샤프트부분에 크랙이 있어서 떨어져 나간 상태고 이걸 수리하게 되면 190만원 정도 나오는데 수리를 할건지 물어보더라고요 수리를 할경우 떨어져 나간 부분을 찾지 못한 상태라 나중에 더 심각한 문제가 생길 수 있고 기사님도 10년 넘은차를 190만원 들여서 수리하는게 나을지 모르겠다고 하시네요 올해까지만 탈 예정이었는데 갑자기 큰비용이 든다고 하여 차라리 폐차를 고민해봐야겠다고 하니 이미 브레이크쪽은 교체를 해 놓은 상태인데 수리 안하고 폐차 진행하게되면 다시 원상복구 해 놓고 진단 비용만 15만원 내라고 하네요 15년식 lf 소나타 출퇴근으로 32만 키로 운행했는데 190

We have owned this vehicle since new. Fuel leaks out of the fuel cap when the car is parked overnight. It doesn't matter if the Fuel tank is full or not. When I push the fuel door release button in the car I can hear fuel flowing back to the tank. The leak does not always happen. But it has been happening for at least 2 years. I discussed this with the Toyota dealer and they said it would be $140.00 an hour to look at it. I feel that the fuel pipe and fuel cap are both emission items and should be covered.
