VW Multivan이 장초 위에서 센서 신호를 제대로 인식하지 못해 시동은 켜져 있고 기어도 물려 있지만 가속을 시도해도 움직이지 않음. 차량이 센서 신호 혼동으로 인해 주행을 거부하는 상태.

Volvo V70 D4 엔진 오일 레벨 체크 어려움 - 서비스용 디프스틱이 엔진 전면에 위치하여 접근이 어렵고, 매번 다른 레벨을 표시함. 컴퓨터를 통한 레벨 확인 시스템이 작동하지 않을 때가 있으며, 메뉴 네비게이션이 복잡함. 또한 Volvo 전자식 주차 브레이크(E-브레이크) 관련 문제 - 긴급 상황에서 보조 제동 장치로서의 역할 불충분. MINI와 Jaguar F-Pace도 유사한 문제 발생 - 디프스틱 없음, 전자식 주차 브레이크 제어 불가능. 특히 F-Pace 후륜 브레이크 패드 교체 시 전자식 캘리퍼 모터 리트랙션 불가 문제 발생.

I was lucky to buy a one owner, low mileage, launch edition 1984 mk2 GTI in Mars Red a few years back. Took my time refurbing the suspension and bringing her back up to standard, she was a cracker. Now sold but great to see her still active on the VW show scene.

터보 부스트 부족 문제. 트랙데이 실패 후 터보를 제거하여 진단. 부스트 누수는 배제됨. Turbosmart 액추에이터 검사 결과, 진공 테스트 시 액추에이터 로드가 완전히 축소되어도 웨이스트게이트 도어가 완전히 닫히지 않는 현상 발생. 액추에이터 샤프트 가이드에 손상 발견 - 로드 내부 손상으로 인해 웨이스트게이트 플랩이 완전히 폐쇄되지 않는 것으로 판단.

스파크 플러그 교체 후 미스파이어, 저회전 아이들 및 정지 문제 발생. 기존 HT 리드와 플러그로 돌려놓았는데도 문제 지속. 에어 클리너 박스를 분리할 때 카뷰레터 관련 부품을 건드렸을 가능성.
