I’m filing a complaint because I had scheduled a recall and maintanance appt problably a year or two ago. On the day of, a few hours later I am told the recall can not be fullfilled because the car part was unavailable and had to be ordered. I was told I would get a call once the part came to the shop. Couple days ago I notice both my tailights weren’t working also my license plates lights and parking lights weren’t working and also my headlights parking light don’t work anymore they all went bad at the same time. At night time nobody can’t barely see me besides my reflectors so nobody can’t see my at night time. The only thing tht works is mine brake light turn signal and brake light.

Purchased this 2018 Toyota Camry SE from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota as a "Certified Pre-owned Vehicle". During early periods of ownership, the transmission noticeably experienced hard, jerking shifts during acceleration and de-acceleration between the first several gears of this 8-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle was brought back to the selling Toyota dealer where they said the transmission's performance was within spec and this was "normal" for this transmission. I was driving my 2018 Toyota Camry SE and the brakes went out on me. I managed to keep pumping the brake and slowly apply the emergency brake to bring the vehicle to a stop. After a look by a mechanic, it turned out that the problem was with the brake vacuum pump. The internal parts were completely destroyed. Toyota Camry 2018 SE - 8-speed automatic transmission fails to engage properly when leaving stoplight or making slow turn from highway. Left stoplight and made left turn at next intersection where transmission failed to engage and vehicle stopped moving (engine remained on but transmission disengaged). The Vacuum Pump for the Power Assist Brake System failed on my vehicle, the dealership would not provide me with the failed unit as they "have to send it back to Toyota". I started getting weird shifting and hesitation I had around 70,000 miles took it to my local Toyota dealership, they completed several software updates. Also did a transmission fluid change that didn’t really resolve the problem now at about 113,000 miles I started getting odd shifting, and at higher speeds, when accelerating abruptly, the vehicle put itself in limp mode and will not accelerate further. I just purchased a previously owned 2008 Chevrolet Malibu with 100,000 K on it. Whenever I make a sharp left or right turn (making a 90 degree turn rather than a shallow turn), the front end makes a clunk sound after I pull out of the turn while centering the steering wheel. It also does this clunking when I accelerate hard or brake hard (this doesn't happen as frequently as turning). The previous owner claims to have had the CV joints, brake pads and rotors changed before he decided to sell the car. What could be the issue? How do I go about diagnosing it? I got a “good deal” on an Explorer and fixed a handful of problems, but discovered that it gets stuck in park. This only happens when it’s parked on a slope and the parking brake isn’t stomped down before putting in park and letting off the brake pedal. When pressure on the wheels/drivetrain is relieved by pushing the vehicle upslope or by jacking up a front wheels or two, then it comes out of park easily. 2004 Camry 4-cyl, 170K miles. Sometimes when the wheels first start rolling, there is a groaning sound – not a squeal; it’s at a few hundred Hertz. I’m pretty sure it’s coming from the front of the car, and I can usually feel the vibration in the accelerator pedal. The sound dies out after a few seconds, but sometime reoccurs during the first few hundred feet of driving (low speed). The piston and bore are a highly polished surface that needs to be smooth. Wouldn’t evaporust etch the piston bore and the piston, resulting in none smooth surface?

The Shifting solenoid malfunctioned, burned up transmission and created a hazard on the roadway in high traffic areas. Vehicle stalled creating a backup in traffic and myself almost got rear ended. The Red McCombs Toyota did confirm it was a solenoid malfunction through a phone call and video. They concluded that the car is not operable. The problem has been inspected and was advised to pay a hefty fee of nearly $10,000. Prior to the failure no lights or warnings were provided by the car’s electrical system not until I parked and restarted the car that the lamps turned on after the failure.
