What is the difference between the cheapest fuels in a place like Tesco's and the 'high quality', highly priced competitors? Is there actually any noticeable difference in available power, engine smoothness, efficiency, maintenance costs etc? Personally I've always used the cheapest I can just because I don't know what the difference is that I would be paying for! Can anyone justify their use of an expensive fuel having had a bad experience with a cheap fuel in their car in the past?

Well if the hatch is roughly £50k the mid engined one would be approaching £65k I'd imagine. Can't see the business case at that level but then again what competitors would it have?

뒷 쿼터 패널 교체 후 연료 노즐이 자꾸 걸린다. 바디샵에서 연료 파이프 상단을 잘라낸 후 임의로 만든 탭을 압착하여 재연결한 것으로 보인다.

2011 GMC Sierra 1500 V6, 145,000마일. 차량이 오래 주차된 후 시동 시 배기관에서 매우 큰 흰 연기가 나옴. 연기가 짙고 금방 사라지지 않고 계속 떠다님. 체크 엔진 등은 켜지지 않음. 정비소에서 연기는 확인했지만 원인을 파악하지 못함.

오일 교환 1개월 후 체크 오일 경고등이 켜지기 시작했고 난방이 나오지 않음. 라디에이터 캡 아래에서 갈색 진흙 같은 덩어리 발견 - 두껍지만 기름진 질감. 냉각 시스템에는 여전히 많은 양의 냉각수 남아있음. 최근 7~8개월 전에 냉각 시스템 완전 플러시를 함. Dexcool 냉각수는 이런 현상이 가능하지만, 오일이 급격히 감소한 점과 함께 발생하고 있어 헤드 개스킷이나 인테이크 개스킷 누유 의심.

새 차량 딜러십에서 인수 후 운전 중 배기가스에서 상당한 양의 흰색 연기가 발생. 가속할 때만 발생하며 뒷창 시야를 방해할 정도. 차량은 기아 씨드 1.6 GDi 휘발유 엔진. 주변의 다른 차량에서는 같은 현상이 보이지 않음.

냉각수 교환

2004 포드 에스케이프 4x4 V6에서 냉각수 리저브 탱크의 냉각수가 갈색으로 변했고 기름처럼 끈기 있는 상태. 엔진을 끈 후 오버플로우 파이프를 통해 냉각수가 넘침. 차고 바닥에 갈색 기름진 액체가 고임.

92 그랜드 암 흰색 배기가스 다량 배출, 휘발유 냄새, 엔진 스퍼터링, 불규칙한 시동(엔진이 심장마비 같은 증상). 냉각수 확인 전(엔진 식을 때까지 대기), 엔진오일은 정상이지만 약 1쿼트 부족해 보임

Wasn't sure where to put this but can you imagine being the police officer that gets to drive the Ferrari Monza SP2. https://news.sky.com/story/why-rare-ferrari-in-the...I'm not saying anything bad about the Police they are doing their job so fair play. If your going to drive like a knob in something that stands out with no insurance or licence well you deserve your car seized.Do seized cars go into Police auctions? I can't imagine Ferrari would allow that.

I have a similar car 2005 SL350 3.7 5 speed auto. Probably the "safest" R230 to put your money into. Bought mine in Feb 2025 Black with pano roof, upgraded hi-fi with carplay and lowish £445 road tax. less than 80k miles and full service history for double the shed price.They are a great car. I had at the time an R107 500SL and a R129 SL320, still have the R107 but the R230 drives much better than an R129 IMHO and so I sold the 129.I would pull up a bit more cash and buy a better car fully functioning rather than this one as stated above.
