Years ago I bought my wife a Citroen AX in which to learn to drive. She used to drive it to her workplace with me supervising, and I would drive it on to mine. After a while I got sick of messing about with the L plates and just left them on. A small car with L plates seems to turn everyone into a tt. It was always quite amusing to lead them into a bend faster than they were comfortable.

As someone who regularly drives both small and large cars, I think small cars are much more likely to be bullied, much less likely to be treated with respect and much less likely to have another driver be kind to them.Do you agree or disagree?And if you agree, at what size class of car does the bullying mostly stop?

As an avid driver and petrol head i have always chosen to grab the keys to the car as a means of enjoyment, a means of stress relief, of therapy. Be that road trips, b-road blasts, car shows. But. It feels like its finally gotten to the point where the cost is prohibitively stopping me from enjoying cars. Car shows - unless you are talking your small village field type shows, the majority of major shows will cost you near £100 for a family to visit. If you can stomach the cost then you have to factor fuel in. Nearing a £100 a full tank and my car does about an avg 24mpg from its turbocharged

With the untimely demise of my Honda CRV (rip), I needed a new daily. The Honda's been brilliant for the 3 years I'd owned it - long and short journeys, tip runs, shoot truck... It hadn't put a foot wrong and I still think they're cracking motors. Sadly, corrosion had taken its toll to the inner arches, resulting in an MOT failure, and a potential bill that was uneconomical.
