미니 차량 우측 빠른 회전 시 앞쪽에서 '칭칭칭' 소리 발생. 휠 제거 후 검사했으나 더스트 실드는 정상. 원본 댐퍼 확인됨 - 더스트 부트 손상, 톱 마운트 부분적 손상. 휠 스피드 센서 배선이 플렉시 브레이크 라인 위로 지나가면서 스트레스 발생. 휠 스피드 센서 플러그가 홀더에서 벗겨짐. 브레이크 패드 마모 케이블이 느슨함. 쇽 바디 리테이너 탭이 제대로 작동하지 않음.

미니 차량 구입 후 고속 우회전 시 전측근처에서 '칭칭칭' 소음 발생. 휠 분리 후 점검 결과 더스트 실드는 정상으로 보임. 프론트 댐퍼는 순정품이며 더스트 부츠가 분리되어 있고 탑 마운트도 손상된 상태. 휠 속도 센서 커넥터가 홀더에서 빠져있고 브레이크 패드 마모 케이블이 느슨한 상태. 속도 센서 케이블이 플렉시 브레이크 라인 위를 지나가며 응력 발생. 쇽 바디의 리테이너 탭이 제대로 작동하지 않음.

I thought I should now start a Reader's Cars for my Z4 even though I've had it 8 months now. Short version of a very long story. I got ripped off by a classic car specialist who I bought a Porsche 924 from. There had been a long drawn out legal battle but eventually at the end of April 25 after just shy of 2 years I was paid out and the 924 collected and returned to the seller. A couple of friends have Z4 (one a 3.0 and one a 2.2) both roadsters and have been really enjoying them. I guess I'm unusual in that I like to park my cars in the garage.My MX-5 is basic, no parking assist, and I have always reversed it into the garage. Recently, I had stuff in the boot and drove it in as it was raining, which meant reversing it out. Oddly enough, I found this easier than my normal reverse in. I just wondered what the general view was.

thanks, some great adviceinteresting, I knew it was long service intervals (this had a 15k and 20k interval before it needed a new motor) and the cold start etc but I hadn't realised it was oil dilution as well. So diluted oil that's 2 years and 20k old isn't going to do anyone favours. I've already had one big white puff of smoke which forums assure me is normal flat 6 behaviour and was after i moved it twice to get access to doors for stereo work, so engine was only on a few seconds. Heated and folded for the lip/edge and then lashings on epoxy glue and small rivets to hold it all together while it set up. They are far from perfect, but at £200 each for second hand ones that are usually damaged I'm happy enough with the result.

Healthy premium mostly because it's barely used, and it's not one you'd exactly invest in for it to beautify your collection is it?I can certainly appreciate the niche of a small yet 'premium' runabout car though being basically a pure cosmetic job and an odd looking one at that surely didn't help it then or now.

I can completely understand why McLaren would want to offer an SUV. Like Porsche with the Cayenne (that was despised from the outset), if they pull it off it will be the car that provides them with a future.If it's sub 150 then I would imagine it would be quite a seller.
