The first time the sun dawned halfway across Ireland and I caught my breath on sight of the Emerald Isle. Want to explore further north towards Galway.Dingle once had a pub for every 11 members of the male population and is still well served. Great restaurants too. The Blasket Centre is worthwhile and one year I must get a boat to Skellig Michael, Luke Skywalker’s island retreat in the Disney Star Wars films. Great place, good times.Edited by Baddie on Sunday

I was looking around the supermarket carpark in dispair today.If you built 1999 Mondeo 1.8 Hatches today and sold them for 25k you'd sell them by the million. Cars have gone dramatically backwards.Am I right?

Paid deposit on this at 09.15, seller needs to sort another car before I can hopefully collect on Monday.Pretty grubby inside, just needs a good clean, as does the outside.MOT history is fine, servicing up to 1000 miles ago.I see it as an upgraded 3.0 Alfa GTV... But bigger, much bigger, it's longer than my old xc70.Of course my Alfa on the way home drove extra superb, fingers crossed my wife takes it over.

Looks amazing. Understated yet purposeful where the new metal is just plain crass in comparison.

Great list of cars but the pricing is insane! I personally would buy the normal version and modify it for a fraction of the cost and wouldn’t be afraid of using it.

I have been a relatively passive participant in PH over the years but I often find myself at odds with others in relation to my car choices.
