신호대기 중 클러치를 계속 밟아두었을 때 발생하는 문제
처리 내용
신호대기 중에 클러치를 계속 밟지 말고 기어를 N(중립)에 두세요. 클러치를 계속 밟아두면 릴리스 베어링(throw out bearing)이 손상됩니다. 특히 전륜구동 차량의 경우 릴리스 베어링 교체가 매우 어렵고 복잡합니다. 불필요하게 좋은 릴리스 베어링을 망치지 마세요.

2000 911 996 클램셸 모터 설치 중 모터 샤프트가 트랜스미션 케이블과 정렬되지 않음. 저항을 6.2로 설정했으나 클램셸을 서비스 위치(최대 후진)에 놓았을 때도 정렬 문제 발생.
